Google this :     step by step instructions for ProSeries e-signature

there are tutorial videos available.     This was first year I used eSignature so I watched a couple of these myself 

this is an INTUIT problem

other question:

My employer purchased e-file signatures but I am the one who sends them out on my computer and it doesn't work --- says I need to buy signatures.  Is it only useable from one computer and one person log-in?
