client has Medicare premium take out thru monthly pension, spouse receives SSI and premium is deducted from their payment.  The system only allows the SSI premium and not the non SSI taxpayer's premium.  Where do I enter the Medicare premium paid from the pension.  It doesn't show on 1099R
