I need to e-file a 2017 Form 1120S for employee tip credit. Can I currently (8/14/21) e-file this amended Form 1120S?

Efiling is only open for current year and 2 years prior.
The 2017 Form 1120-S was extended until September 15, 2018. I thought I had until September 15, 2021. Is that not correct?
