Does basic have away to Print to PDF? Open the form on the screen, choose Print Selected Forms and Print to PDF. Attach the pdf to an email.

If basic doesn't have this feature, youd need to print it, scan it and attach to email.

(I use BullZip to password protect pdfs that get sent in email)
