Two questions:

Amending 2020 1040 for federal and WI to be e-filed. Amendment letter does not include state information and if I insert code, it only references MAILING the return and doesn't include any mailing information. (efiling WI amended is allowed in ProSeries). Am I missing something here or is it an oversight in the software?

The instructions for the federal payment and 1040-V voucher shows mailing address for the payment (for the amended return) as Kansas City and the federal 1040-V instruction (above the cut here dotted line) shows payment should be sent to Louisville. Which is correct?
