Have you updated the 2019 program recently? 

You may even need to do REFRESH UPDATES to get it to "take".

Did you prepare and e-file  the original?

I think that feature was recently implemented (last week), we can now Efile amended returns that someone else prepared the orignal...as long as it was Efiled and accepted.  

But I think this is only for 2020.  The Fed Info worksheet has a checkbox for it. I dont see the checkbox for 2019, so your question is certainly valid for this post.
