Not sure I understand.  If you have rentals, and that is all you have, then line 1 of the PA RK1 will be 0.  If you reported income on the 1065 and not on the 8825 then income will show on line 1 of PA RK1.  Net income for rentals (Federal form 8825) will show on line 5 of the PA RK1.
