Okay, I have located the .tmp file, but the other directions on the "Recovering Missing Converted Client Files" directions I cannot get started.
I am stuck on double-click on the temp file to open that file in ProSeries.
When I double click when all the workstations are closed, it says to choose an app to to open the file and ProSeries is not a choice?

If you scroll to the bottom the of list, there's an option to Look for another app on this PC.
Select that option, then navigate to the ProSeries install directory, the default is C:\ProWin20.
Then select the 32bit folder and then the protax20.exe file.
