We have a MFS couple. The tax returns were MFS for 2019 and transferred over separately into the 2020 software. The husband has completed his docusign and the tax return is efiled and complete. The wife is still in process.
In my efile center, under the esignature actions column, the wife (who has not been sent a docusign request) is showing "View signed forms," and when I click on that link, it brings up the husband's signed forms. When I go to the husband's file in the efile accepted tab, it says I have not requested an esignature from him. But it does appear correctly in my Dashboard (his, not hers).
