Howdy, I'm an IT provider working with a client who uses ProSeries 20. I only had a few minutes to work with him the other day. His problem was that upon launching ProSeries from a desktop icon, it would only open a return. We couldn't figure out how to get it to launch into HomeBase. I have a feeling there's an easy solution. One thing I did not try is launching it from the Start Programs bar to see if it would make a difference. 

Any help is much appreciated.
