I was told that I could transfer my 2019 Turbo Tax files to 2020 ProSeries. I have been trying and following other answers, but get the message that no files exist to transfer. What am I doing wrong!???
I believe you are supposed to transfer your 2019 Turbo files to 2019 Proseries. then rollover files from 2019 Proseries to 2020 Proseries.
