I have exited the program, ran updates, etc. and it still won't let me add another state.

@Orlando  is this in your wheelhouse?    I havent seen this error before.

Well, for 3 days I couldn't get it to work.  I restarted my computer, again, and it worked!  I was able to add the extra state no problem!

I don't know what that error message means either, just so I can move forward with this client's return, I am happy!
