Is this a good place to mention that the programming department has a problem with numbers? The Minnesota version of the K-1 on Sub S returns is if off by 2 decimal places. So Intuit has deemed a sole shareholder to own 10,000% of his business. I haven't done any individual returns for any of my 1120S owners, but I'm hoping those extra percents don't kick them into a higher tax bracket.
