We have a client who was a NYC resident for 4 months, NJ resident for 4 months, NY state resident for 4 months.  Worked  in NYC January through April, then on unemployment.  Do they file NJ part-year resident, NY part-year resident and NY non-resident (when they lived in NJ)?  Any help is much appreciated.
