1.  Not user error.  I triple checked then deleted source document and re-entered it.  Same result. 

2.  Basis is not larger.  

3.  I am using Basic.  The 8606 is not working correctly?  I have checked all worksheets.  

Not understanding why Line 4B would be zero.
