You purchased unlimited returns in Professional or Basic? 

If you purchased Professional 1040 Complete and its trying to make you pay, go to TOOLS > LICENSE Products and see if they pulls in the correct license information.

If you paid for Basic unlimited, be sure youre actually using Basic.  We see people that purchase Basic unlimited, then download and install Professional by mistake and are prompted to pay per return.

If your toolbar looks like this, youre using Professional.  If you didnt pay for Professional, thats  why youre getting the PPR message.
