I have two clients who owe penalty for underpayment of tax to both Federal and State.
I get error when I try to e-file " Taxing authority did not release this form in time to be included in our program." It keep asking me to fix the error because the form 2210 does not even let me check mark
'Let IRS figure the penalty and send a bill'
Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
When will this form 2210 be updated or included in our program?
I am using Pro Series Basic.

It should show at the top of the form that its not ready and give a date for release. and would have popped up when you ran through Review.

I thought I was doing something wrong that is why I was getting the error message.
I guess i have to wait for the update.
