I have two clients who owe penalty for underpayment of tax to both Federal and State.

I get error when I try to e-file " Taxing authority did not release this form in time to be included in our program." It keep asking me to fix the error because the form 2210 does not even let me check mark

'Let IRS figure the penalty and send a bill'

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

When will this form 2210 be updated or included in our program?

I am using Pro Series Basic.
