How you file LLC Series. My understanding is ALL series are added together and reported under the main

LLC? Do we have to make any reference on the main LLC to the individual series sub- LLCs? to let IRS

know how we are filling? Since the series LLC each has its own Federal tax ID number. Do not  we need to file for them individually even if it is Zero report?
