Tax Return Fails conversion for efile no errors on final review - ProSeries 2020

I have followed all the instructions to uninstall and reinstall - delete updates and reinstall updates - I have saved the client under another name - still no luck with efiling.  I even took off the prompt for status update selection...

This is only happening with individual returns.
