What is the grey bar called in the interface?  Where "client name" "return type" "ssn/tin" are located?

I moved the boxes around so I see the ones I want. But when I reopen the application or even come back after switching views. My changes are lost. My frustration is I don't know what the name of this "grey bar" is called. Like in windows there is a title bar
