Theres been reports of Review looping when there is a 1099NEC/MISC used in the tax return.  If you have entered a 1099NEC/MISC this is probably why youre having the issue. If no 1099NEC/MISC exists in that return, then Im not sure whats the cause.

If it is a 1099NEC/MISC issue, you have a couple choices here

1. Skip Review and rely on your own expertise to know whether the return is accurate.

2. Delete the 1099NEC and enter the income directly on Line 1 of the Sch C.

3. Leave everything as is and wait for an update to fix the loop issue.
