Bummer...

A bit hard to diagnose unless you tell us what happens/doesn't happen when you try.

I send the e-file but it just comes back as not e-filed on the homepage. I did go into the tools option to make sure the license product was done. I do have the 2020 Pro Series Installed and updated, as well as 2019. Just wondering if the program is offline?

No clue... I use Lacerte.  But maybe @Just-Lisa-Now-   has some insight?

Efiling prior years, 2018 and 2019 wont open until IRS does on Feb 12th. 

Its only the 2020 returns that Intuit is holding in queue until IRS opens on the 12th.

the 2019 returns will convert but i cannot get them to be transmitted
