Too many negative vibes. I've said it before and I'll say it again - I don't offer any of my clients discounts for being long term clients ---------------------- or for being brand spanking new clients so the discount thing doesn't bother me. But with that said, I'm not sure why you can't offer the same package to the existing customers, even if you charge a couple bucks more than the new meat coming in the door. Personally, the package wouldn't work for me so I don't have a dog in the hunt on this one, but sometimes you have to throw a dog a bone when he is howling at the door. As side note, I don't know why Bill even brought this up since everybody knows that if you answer at least 50 questions a year here, you get your software for free the next year
