My forms in use bar stays open..I dont know what you mean by click Entry Mode?

Ohhh, do you mean Quick Entry Mode?  I never use that option. 

Looks like once you choose Quick Entry Mode then it switches to Sheets instead of Forms, because youre using the quick entry sheets not forms anymore..
