I just purchased Quick Employer Forms.  However, when I try to access it, I keep getting sent to a screen asking me to purchase it again.  How do I access the program I already paid for?

Do you perhaps have more than one account with Intuit?

I did. 3 days and 3 calls to support later and they finally got it fixed.

I think you have to call.

The more I know, the more I don't know.
