Cannot get to my 2020 programI can to all my other years 2019-2015 . .

When I click on my 20-20 icon I get Pro Series and them I get a Blank white  page that disappear .  This started on Thursday the 23rd. I  paid over $2,500.00 for this program I need help NOW.
