Unfortunately any error during installation in the 1600 range is most likely Microsoft Technology throwing a Microsoft Error for some Windows specific reason.  Those are tough to diagnose without getting on a machine.  Customer Support is best at diagnosing those, but there's a slim chance I can offer some suggestions if you'd prefer not to wait til Monday.

Can you post the contents of the most recently created file in C:\ProgramData\Intuit\ProSeries\Install\TY20\Logs (or email to proseries_engineering@intuit.com)? It will start with the date you ran the installer, so it will be something like this (click the Date modified column to sort by date):
