cannot sign into basic 18 or 19 tech support hasn't been able to help yet there saying a display problem
anyone else have this problem need help its a new computer
What happens when you try, any messages ?. Need details in order to try and help
Is the sign in button missing? There have been reports of display being an issue. Have you tried changing the monitor or display resolution to a default instead of custom?
no messages it wont let me do anything no typing nothing
