How do I find the form needed to file Wilmington, DE Local taxes?
I'm in California and have never filed this before.
Does proseries offer it?
If not, where do we find it online?

Don't know if ProSeries has form (doubt it). this is what I found on google:

If it's not on the list in the DE 1040 forms, then it's not supported.
If you mean Wilmington city wage tax, that's not a tax return to be filed.
