Should be reimbursed by the partnership. With numerous caveats, you could consider unreimbursed partnership expenses.

To add to the answer above...the "where" part. UPE (Unreimbursed Partner Expenses) you'll find a QuickZoom button under Line 20 of the 1065 K-1 worksheet.
Is this Worksheet on the 1040? I assume there is no where to put unreimbursed partnership expenses on the 1065.
