i am printing out a 1040 return and the screen shows all the numbers but when i print it out no numbers appear on the form.
Have you attempted to print to PDF? What displays when you do? You can print to PDF by selecting the PDF on the print screen.
Hi hope you are doing well. I have always printed using the print option on the menu bar or on the side which displays refund amounts or balance due amounts. never had this happen before.
Try doing FILE and going to PRINT, then hit the CREATE PDF button, see if it still happens then.
