unfortunately, for whatever reason, they do not support Philly business taxes for business, funny huh?  One option you have to create a dummy 1040 return and do the Philly returns that way.  A better option is to use the Philly ework website and file the return directly with the city yourself.  You need the clients account number and PIN.
