Preparing a VA non resident return with a refund.  Final review shows no errors.  However, I am getting a Diagnostic FYI indicating "Mandatory Electronic Payments are required for the Virginia return".  Goes on to say "there is a t least one payment due associated with the Virginia return and due to the prior year triggering of the mandatory electronic requirement .  again, no payment si due.  Do I need to be concerned with this????
