I was doing that as you emailed me.  Thanks.  I had forgotten about that feature.  It actually took two reboots and two tries.  Weird. 

Ive seen other people say it tool several times before it worked...so weird!

Proseries crashed on me during the install and now randomly shuts down for no apparent reason.  There are others who have posted about the random shut-down issue.  This tax season is already a hot mess without worrying about wonky software.
