Google shows it as an error related to Windows in some way, not ProSeries directly. 

Try to google it and see if you notice anything that may apply to your Windows set-up.

also now getting a message:

"Acrobat Distiller

Unable to create the temporary folder,

Error 5 - Access is denied"
