What happens when you try?  And is this from My Account or clicking the icon to open?

The problem is solved...an update from PROSeries did not complete and apparently was blocking access to the program.

I hate that when its updating it throws the little spinning icon down in the corner of the systray and ends up behind any other open windows...if I want it minimized, Id like to choose to put it down in the corner myself!

This time of year you should close all of your windows to save on your heating bill :snowman:
