It really would help if you Stop Complaining here on the peer user forum, since this is the second time your title is ""want to speak to a human." Here is the first time you asked:
What you should do, to benefit from this Peer community, is post the Title, put info in the Question, and then your Peer Users will help. Because this is Not Intuit Customer Support, so demanding to speak with a human isn't going to do anything here.
