We just upgraded 2 computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Both machines now receive an error about fonts changing when launching ProSeries. When opening any return the text fields are all blank and the only thing I see is the editable fields. I have listed the steps I have taken so far (in no particular order) but nothing has helped the situation.
1. Reset default fonts in W10
2. Installed all fonts from Windows 7
3. uninstalled Proseries, renamed c:\Proseries18 folder and reinstalled after a reboot (twice).
4. Checked all scaling and display resolution settings, set all at default values.
Any other ideas?

Windows 10:
Rename and reinstall the 32 bit folder:
- Close the program.
- Open the File Explorer and navigate to C:\ProWin18.
- Right click on 32Bit and Select Rename.
- Change the name to 32BitOLD.
- Log in to ProConnect.Intuit.com.
- Select to install ProSeries 2018.

Two sticks of dynamite?
Have you tried running an update of the software after it has been installed?

I've been dealing with some odd Upgrade issues, and this topic has helped:
The DSIM step and then the sfc step seem to take care of things. Right now, I am working with a 2nd gen i7, and I am going to use these steps on it, after I finish removing old W7 programs, such as Skype 7.4 still exists, along with the Skype embedded into W10.

So it seems this may just be a Fonts issue, here is an article that may come of use https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1858901
Let me know if that works!
Thanks!
