I've been with Pro series for 23-Years and every year they increase the price between 4.50%-6.50% except this year, I received my 2026 renewal invoice and the increase was 14.50% ($3,600.00) for 1040-Complete, Corporation and S-Corp.(TO ME THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE) I called them over 15-times and all the calls were routed to Philippines. Employees located outside of the USA have no authority to change the price and no way to get connected with USA employees. After all this frustrations I decided to quit on Pro-Series and purchase Tax Act Software for 1,975.00 for Full Modules and it seems that Tax Act is very similar to Pro-Series (ALL MOST THE SAME)
