@rich10  Personally, I prefer a copy of the original when making an amendment, so I always have both as filed and amended… I’ve had up to 3…. But as @Just-Lisa-Now-  says it’s personal preference….

Tech support is generally ok with product functionality questions but you can get the same from AI if you add ‘ProSeries” to the questions… Customer service (Manilla) is not. 

@IRonMaN  personally I come here to vent (and frequently rant)… The sun came up this morning on my easterly facing hotel room with blackout blinds that would not completely close. The coffee from room service was cold and housekeeping did not leave extra towels as requested. Last time I stay at the Ritz
