I have an overpaid amount from last year (2024) on the above return which is carried forward to 2025 return, but the overpaid amount was reduced by the MA State Department, so I need to change the overpaid amount to the amount as per the Department, but pro series is not allowing me to override the amount and sanitized file sent to the expert. But there was no help from him either and asked me to post this issue on this platform if someone has faced similar situation.
