We close 5pm on 4/15 PERIOD FULL STOP. I used to stay around and work for another week or so then take a break. After 35-some-odd years I now closed the door for 2 weeks. 4/16 until I know I can come back and not want to kill someone. No phone, no email - if it wasn't important to you before 4/15 it can now wait until I get back. Had a client ask me why I closed at 5pm on the last day of tax season. . . . . . . and I was still nice when I answered them. LOL.
