3rd year of the issue of client's child being claimed elsewhere. 1st yr accepted return but received a letter to reject filing, 2nd year paper filing, 3rd yr TP received a IP PIN for dependent per IRS agent handling case but even with IP PIN for dependent return is still getting rejected. Assuming other party claiming the dependent with the same SSN got a IP PIN as well... would this still cause a rejection?
