"not only are they giving new customers 25% off"

I have no love for Intuit, but they are no different than any other business looking for new business.  I heard on the local radio station the other morning that an oil change business was giving discounts to new customers coming through the door.  I didn't hear them say boo about giving discounts to anybody that was an existing customer.  You aren't the first person to bring up the new user discount and you won't be the last, but I have asked a couple of questions of other folks that have brought up the issue.  Do you give discounts to long time loyal customers?  Have you never raised your prices?
