As if the average 6.5% increase for LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMERS isn't bad enough (3X inflation index), not only are they giving new customers 25% off (bait & switch) they are offering new customers ONLY a ProSeries Professional package that includes both individual and business returns that is not offered to existing customers. So with my pay per return "business" returns (about 10) I paid $5,200 for my 2025 individual and business returns (so far) when this New Customer package would have cost me only 3,641-a difference of $1,559. When I called the rep said "the new customers will pay full price next year, If true they will be slamming this year's new customers with an 43% increase next year. Do you think they will stay? Hell no
