So for all of you who have been following this today, I am on a chat with tech support now with an issue with the 172/1045s.  I kept thinking my brain has quit working and I'm doing something wrong.  We've been on for an hour now, and she just told me I did enter it in correctly and that they are escalating my case up the chain.  Been there done that, but I am thankful she is still with me instead of saying "ah, just send it."
