When's the last time youve powered off your printer? Theyve got RAM or ROM or something in them that can get filled up, a complete power off now and then doesnt hurt.
My printer has prints 2 pages, rests for a second or 2 then prints 2 more (annoying!)....my IT guy says I need to make a direct connection and wants to update drivers or something, but everything works right now, I'm hesitant to make any changes until after the 15th!

I restart every morning but don't often power off totally.

Every day for the last week and a half or so, I get one return that prints anywhere from 2 to 5 pages and the program crashes. I open the program back up, say yes to the question if I would like to restore the client, hit yes, open the client, hit print, and the return prints from where it left off. Weird stuff, but I can deal with it.

The computer gets shut down every night and the printer has been shut off a couple of times since the issue started. It might need an anvil dropped on it to clear the cobwebs.
