Follow these steps to solve a sync error between the form and dashboard:

  1. Save and Close: Ensure all client returns are closed and saved.
  2. Go to  HomeBase view
  3. Click on the HomeBase menu at the very top of the screen.
  4. Select Database/ Homebase Maintenance from the dropdown list.
  5. Select the Folder: A window will pop up showing your data folders (usually labeled by tax year, like 25Data). Ensure the correct folder is highlighted.
  6. Click the Fix button.

  • extension file with banking account information is entered
