This is not a question. Just an FYI. 

 

We could not get a code sent to our land line. I call support. Apparently our land line phone # was  put on a "bounce list". The rep was able to get us off of the bounce list. If you have this issue this would be my suggested resolution. Call support and ask them about the bounce list.
